Peach~Mango Mustard- Fried Wings
Cheryl Roberts favorite recipe!
2lbs Chicken Wing parts
1 bottle of CTS PeachMango Mustard
5 table spoons of CTS Rub
1 cup cornstarch
2 cups canola oil
Massage 3 table spoons of CTS Rub onto chicken wings
place wings in pot. Cover with water and boil wings until 3/4 cooked.
pull out of water and place in ice bath for 1 second and then pull out.
put wings in plastic container.
pour bottle of PeachMango Mustard over cooked chicken. put cover on container
and shake. Make sure all pieces are covered in mustard
place container in refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours.
Mix remaining cts rub and cornstarch together in plate or paper bag.
Heat oil in fryer or pan
Dredge wings in cornstarch rub mix
place wing parts in hot oil till browned.
pull wings out and put on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Ono Meatball~Spicy Hawaiian Style

Ono Meatball~Spicy Hawaiian Style
3 lbs. Ground chicken beef or Turkey or 1 lb each
Mince 1/2c each of
celery
red bellpepper
parsley or cilantro
6 cloves of garlic minced
1 1/2 cup of Spicy Hawaiian Catsup
1/4 cup of Oyster sauce
1 t. black pepper
1 t. crushed red pepper (optional)
1t of salt
3 eggs
4 pieces of soaked bread(any type)
Mix all together Form into balls bread with Panko (optional)
Pan Fry (brown all sides)
Add little water cover the bottom of pan (not the meat balls)
cover and cook until done.
I love to just dip my Shimp in and also on my scrambled eggs! Yummy~licious…
